About the role

Coordinate with Business, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and other teams for smooth processing and issue resolution. Support onboarding, review, renewal, and closure activities related to banking processes, products, or service providers. Handle operational queries and escalate exceptions or process gaps to the appropriate teams.

What you'll do

• Follow all internal control standards and risk management practices
• Ensure segregation of duties and maker-checker controls are adhered to
• Support closure of audit observations and control gaps
• Escalate operational incidents, exceptions, and breaches promptly
• Promote a strong risk and compliance culture within the team

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting
• Excel
• Operational risk
• Internal controls
• PowerPoint
• Problem solving
• B.Com or BBA or MBA
