What you'll do

• Be responsible for resolving complex technical issues
• Do advanced troubleshooting of technical issues through remote sessions on customers’ sites, research, log analysis, and issue reproduction
• Be creating knowledge base articles, both for the internal Zerto audience and for our customers
• Work closely with our customers on a daily basis
• Be part of the EMEA Zerto support team that provides the highest level of support in the EMEA region
