VP - Employee Workplace Solutions Management

About the role

In this role, the candidate will manage the following To drive the strategy of IWPB Employee Banking Solutions for the allocated market To ensure that the quality of the corporates acquired are in line with the strategic focus of the Bank To ensure the team engages with existing EBS customers to increase penetration across various digital platforms (eg Mobile X & PIB), IVR Card activations and salary credits.

What you'll do

• Drive the strategy of IWPB Employee Banking Solutions for the allocated market
• Ensure that the quality of the corporates acquired are in line with the strategic focus of the Bank
• Drive open market business (Credit Cards, Personal Loans etc) through activities/deployments, promotions & lead based calling
• Develop a robust, diligent and compliant sales channel
• Liaise with product and support teams on a constant basis to enhance customer offerings and service delivery
