About the role

Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant premium reporting to IRDAI and IIB in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Indepth Industry analysis on regular basis. Proven ability to implement internal controls, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate reporting. Skilled in team leadership, process standardization, and driving efficiency through automation and system improvements.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary finance business partner for strategic initiatives
• Lead the annual budgeting, and long-range financial planning cycle
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant premium reporting to IRDAI and IIB in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Conduct granular expense analysis at GL and cost-centre level; lead periodic cost review forums across all business units
• Working with stakeholders on long term plan of the organization
