About the role

A successful VP-Litigation should have: A degree in Law from a recognized institution. 15-20 years of PQE in litigation roles within Law Firms / NBFCs. What you'll do

• Manage and oversee all legal disputes and litigation/arbitration matters for the organization
• Handle core litigation forums including Civil suits, consumer matters, DRT/DRAT, NCLT, SARFAESI, arbitration, Section 138, insolvency, and criminal proceedings
• Drive recovery and enforcement actions including possession, auctions, and mortgage enforcement
• Manage regulatory litigation and interactions with RBI / NHB / SEBI
