About the role

SNOC is centralized technology operation centre responsible for FCAPS (Fault, Change, Accounting, Performance & Security) to serve Pan India mobility and enterprise customers across all technologies and domains through start of art tools, digital initiatives, well stitched processes and skilled people.

What you'll do

• Head – Performance Management - Transport
• Responsible to capture of the learnings for future use and track roll out across network
• Design and govern KPI models across transport domains (IP, DWDM, Microwave, Optical), focusing on parameters that directly affect service experience
• Define thresholds and baseline behaviors in collaboration with planning, operations, and service teams
• Ensure KPI definitions and thresholds are integrated within performance tools and validated for accuracy and usability in live operations

What you need

• 15–20 yrs of experience
• Performance management
• ITIL
• Telecom
• Machine learning
• Root cause analysis
• SOP writing
• B.Tech or B.E.
