VP - Product

About the role

We are looking for a VP of Product to own our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will work closely with customers to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities to transform operations, and build products that deliver measurable business impact.

What you'll do

• Own product strategy and roadmap: Define the product vision, multi-quarter roadmap, and quarterly priorities aligned with company strategy and customer outcomes
• Drive customer outcomes: Work directly with business and operations leaders at banks, NBFCs
• Drive measurable improvements in recovery rates, conversions, resolution rates, productivity, and cost efficiency
• Make data-driven decisions: Use product analytics, customer feedback, experiments, and business metrics to prioritise opportunities, evaluate trade-offs
• Challenge assumptions with evidence and establish a culture of objective decision-making

What you need

• 13–23 yrs of experience
