VP, Sales Team

About the role

The VP, Sales Team is responsible for prospecting, lead qualification, building relationships with new clients and delivering on an end-to-end sales cycle. This is a high-autonomy role requiring executive presence and an insight-led approach.

What you'll do

• Own the Cycle: Execute the full sales stack—from strategic prospecting and lead qualification to high-level negotiation and conversion
• Collaborate & Scale: Partner with Account Management to ensure seamless client onboarding
• Track Record: A proven history of meeting or exceeding aggressive quotas and managing complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations
• Drive: A self-starter mentality with the intellectual curiosity to master new products and market shifts
