VP - Business Excellence (RCM - US Healthcare) 18-22 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, Healthcare BPM, or Healthcare BPO.

• Responsible for "RCM Quality", "RCM Transition", and "RCM Transformation"
• Lead transformation projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency and process optimization in the accounting and finance department
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals in the healthcare sector
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions
