WAM-BA-Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manager to lead business analysis and data-led transformation initiatives across Wealth & Asset Management and Capital Markets. The role will own solution shaping, stakeholder alignment, workstream planning, delivery governance, and review of key BA and data deliverables.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end business analysis workstreams across WAM, Capital Markets, data modernization, and system integration programs
• Own solution discussions with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, data teams, technology teams, QA, vendors, and delivery leadership
• Define the BA delivery approach, workstream plan, requirement strategy, documentation standards, review cadence, risks, issues, dependencies, and sign-off path
• Drive requirements workshops, decision forums, prioritization discussions, and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders
• Review and challenge BRDs, FRDs, user stories, data mappings, data dictionaries, API requirements, testing scope, and implementation documentation prepared by the team
