About the role

Seeking a techno-functional professional with strong expertise in private markets operations, investment lifecycle management, and technology enablement. The role will work closely with business and technology teams to support front-to-back private markets processes, contribute to platform enhancements, improve operational efficiency, and support transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter resource for private markets business processes and supporting technology platforms
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and transformation initiatives
• Support end-to-end investment lifecycle activities, including deal onboarding, capital calls, distributions, valuations, and investor reporting
• Collaborate with investment, operations, finance, and technology teams to deliver business and technology solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization
