About the role

The role acts as a primary link between clinical teams, hospital administration, and patients, ensuring daily ward operations and billing workflows run seamlessly. Maintain complete inpatient case sheets, ensuring chronological order of admission forms, doctor notes, nursing charts, and signed consent forms.

What you'll do

• Maintain complete inpatient case sheets, ensuring chronological order of admission forms, doctor notes, nursing charts, and signed consent forms
• Update the Hospital Information System (HIS) in real-time regarding bed census updates, transfers, and specific room occupations
• Manage inventory and order critical station supplies, including medical tracking forms, admission kits, and ward stationery
• Liaise directly with the Inpatient Billing Desk to track concurrent billing updates and monitor internal financial caps
• Coordinate with TPA (Third-Party Administrators) and Insurance helpdesks to track pre-authorizations, corporate claims updates, and policy enhancement approvals
