Business strategy & planning for growth (Identifying key focus areas & direct Sales teams) with deep understanding about customer requirements & Operations. Deep understanding about SEBI and RBI guidelines and actively engage with Regulators. Possess knowledge on key areas ICDR Guidelines (IPO/Buy-Back/Rights Issue/FPO, etc); Escrow & RERA; KYC/AML
