About the role

Business strategy & planning for growth. Deep understanding about SEBI and RBI guidelines and actively engage with Regulators. Possess knowledge on key areas ICDR Guidelines (IPO/Buy-Back/Rights Issue/FPO, etc); Escrow & RERA; KYC/AML Overall Business Development of Capital Fund (At Domestic & GIFT) Product Commercialization – Planning & Execution.
