About the role

Regional Head – Government NPS Channel – This is senior role created with the approach to manage business of specific Region of Government Channel. Experience required is 10-15 years in hard core direct sales with experience of managing large team members and ensuring productivity from each RM.

What you'll do

  • Create desired sales behavior in the team by ensuring DSR (Daily Sales Reporting) from the State Head / KAMs / BDMs/ BDEs
  • Review team’s progress against plan and guide them to succeed and grow in their careers
