About the role

This role is an intermediate-level position responsible for driving automation initiatives and providing dedicated production support for critical business processes. The primary objective is to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and ensure the stability and reliability of our production systems.

What you'll do

  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk
  • Responsible for driving automation initiatives and providing dedicated production support for critical business processes
  • Responsible for navigating the approval process to ensure timely delivery
