Wealth-Specialist Strategic Investments

About the role

The Strategic Investments team invests Bank’s money in equity instruments of unlisted companies and Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs) for mid-long term financial gains and strategic purposes. The team manages a large investment portfolio of over 60 companies and 36 AIFs.

What you'll do

• Analyze and evaluate investments in unlisted companies and AIFs, including incremental investments or divestments, based on business/industry trends
• Prepare executive summaries and detailed investment notes for Investment Committee review
• Execute approved investments, including drafting terms, agreements, understanding compliance, leading due diligence (financial, tax, legal)
• Maintain records for each investment/divestment
• Conduct quarterly portfolio management for investee companies and AIFs, monitoring performance, tracking fund raises/exits, computing IRR

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• Financial modelling
