- Process planning as per Cycle Time & Cycle time optimization
- Validation of Processes in Workcells/ Stations, Quality Checks as per standards, Reviews with Makers & Customers
- Model/Product DMU Study- Weld Spot specific
- PLC Logic validation through Virtual Commissioining
- Documentations- Process Standarization, Checksheet Updation etc
