About the role

Wells Quality Engineer - Completions(INDIA ONLY) at ExxonMobil. Responsible for review and approval of supplier Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans for Downhole Completion Equipment, OCTG and Wellhead and tree equipment.

What you'll do

• Responsible for review and approval of supplier Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans for Downhole Completion Equipment, OCTG and Wellhead and tree equipment
• Steward supplier evaluations and assessments, facility qualifications and API Q1 compliance audits
• Provide assistance to Wells procurement teams to incorporate Wells Quality Manual (WQM) and associated Appendices into quality exhibits for tender documentation packages
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and quality performance data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and improve processes
• Conduct Pre-Production or kick-off meetings with suppliers to ensure their processes and products meet all quality requirements

What you need

• 5–10 yrs of experience
• ISO 9001
• Welding
• AWS
• Machining
• SPC
• Root cause analysis
• B.Tech or B.E.
