About the role

The WFM Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective workforce management strategies to support the CLM Domestic Diversified | Outbound department. This role involves analyzing historical and real-time data, forecasting demand, and optimizing scheduling to ensure an adequate and skilled workforce is available to meet business needs.

What you'll do

• Responsible for developing and implementing effective workforce management strategies to support the CLM Domestic Diversified | Outbound department
• Develop and maintain accurate workforce management strategies, including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management
• Analyze historical and real-time data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in workforce allocation
• Collaborate with the management team to align WFM strategies with business objectives and ensure efficient resource utilization
• Implement best practices and industry standards in workforce management to enhance operational performance
