About the role

As the WFM Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end operational activities of the team. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional performance by staying abreast of industry trends, identifying operational needs, and implementing best practices.

What you'll do

• Play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end operational activities of the team
• Be responsible for creating a positive and productive team culture, coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Manage and lead the Operations Team, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations
• Identify and assess current and future operational needs, and develop strategies to address them
• Prepare operational reports and review presentations for performance tracking and analysis
