About the role

The role is responsible for overseeing wind turbine generator (WTG), Balance of Plant (BoP), underground shared services (USS), grid integration, logistics, erection, commissioning, and handover readiness activities. Acting as the PMO governance lead, the Wind Lead translates package performance data, site findings, technical risks, and delivery challenges into actionable recommendations that support programme leadership and client decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Programme Governance & Delivery Oversight
  • Provide programme-level governance and performance oversight for all Wind package activities
  • Monitor package performance, milestone achievement, schedule forecasts, and delivery risks
  • Review and challenge contractor execution strategies, recovery plans, and risk mitigation measures
  • Ensure package delivery remains aligned with programme objectives, contractual requirements, and client expectations
