Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Workday Absence & Time Tracking Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimization of the Absence and Time Tracking modules within the Workday platform.

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain the Workday Absence Management module, including leave plans, accruals, and absence-related workflows
• Maintain and manage Absences & Time Tracking related business processes, configurations (i.e., Time Tracking & Absences rules and eligibility, New Absence plan
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee time and absence data
• Troubleshoot issues and questions reported by the business related to Absences & Time Tracking
• Collaborate with business to understand their business requirements and translate them into Workday and Adaptive configurations
