About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Workday HCM Benefits Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, with a specific focus on utilizing the Workday HCM platform to manage and optimize employee benefits programs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and delivering exceptional employee experience.

What you'll do

• Maintain and manage HCM and Benefits related business processes, configurations (i.e., Benefits & Staffing rules and eligibility
• Configure and maintain benefit plans, ensuring accurate enrollment and timely updates
• Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems
