Workday Developer/Administrator

About the role

The Workday Developer/Administrator will support our global HRIS operations, with a focus on configuration ownership, quality assurance, and proactive governance of our Workday environment. This role will support strategic system enhancements, continuous optimization initiatives, and new capability enablement, , evaluation of change requests, along with integrations management.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary owner of Workday configurations, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and alignment with global HR and business requirements
• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of Workday integrations, calculated fields, condition rules, and technical configurations
• Recommend improvements to optimize system performance, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experience
• Ensure configuration decisions follow best practices and are documented in a structured, auditable format
• Serve as the day-to-day Workday system administrator for our all locations, globally

What you need

• 7–10 yrs of experience

• Any graduate
