Workday Functional Consultant (Mid-Senior Level)

About the role

As a Workday Functional Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in delivering our Workday roadmap by configuring, optimising, and supporting HCM modules across the organisation. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient HR processes.

What you'll do

• Lead and support end-to-end configuration and administration of Workday modules: Core HCM, Absence, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality configurations and enhancements
• Support Benefits administration activities, including plan configuration, life events, eligibility rules, enrolment processes, integrations
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, audit, and data integrity standards, and support internal/external audits as required
• Monitor and resolve complex Workday-related incidents and service requests within SLA, providing clear and timely communication to stakeholders
