What you'll do

• Configure and maintain various Workday Core HCM modules, such as Human Resources, Core Compensation, Reporting, and Security
• Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to collect requirements, analyze business processes
• Apply consulting skills, business acumen, and specialized solution expertise to seamlessly integrate functionalities into the client's business ecosystem
• Optimize and uphold the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide end-user training and support, addressing queries, conducting workshops

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Workday
• Unit testing
