Workday Integration Engineer (Studio / EIB)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Engineer to design, build, and optimize secure, high-volume data pipelines. The ideal candidate will architect complex programmatic transformations, connecting Workday cleanly with third-party networks, benefits providers, and external payroll engines using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy complex integrations using Workday Studio, custom transformations, and multi-step assembly components
• Build out-of-the-box data pipelines using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect for Benefits (CCB)
• Write custom data transformation mappings utilizing XSLT, XPath, MVEL, and Java within integration assemblies to translate disparate payload structures
• Expose and consume programmatic endpoints , constructing custom data serialization loops using Workday Web Services (WWS), REST APIs, SOAP
• Apply strict data security standardizations , configuring custom PGP encryption blocks, digital certificate authentications, and secure SFTP file delivery routing
