About the role

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

What you'll do

  • Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS…
  • Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
  • Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
