Workday Integrations Manager (Architect Level)

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end integration architecture across Workday HCM, Financials, and third-party systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Define integration strategy and patterns, including use of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and middleware platforms
• Lead solution design workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures
• Provide hands-on leadership in designing and building complex integrations, including transformations, orchestration, and data mapping
• Establish architecture standards, frameworks, and reusable components to drive consistency across projects and managed services
