About the role
As a Workday PRISM & Reporting Product Lead, you will be responsible for designing and building PRISM and complex Workday reports within our products for our clients. This will transform their Workday experience and provide complex insights into their data based on both customer requirements and our own best practices.
What you'll do
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand needs
- Work with our Solution Architects and Product Manager on the design of the product
- Develop reporting solutions varying in complexity
- Design, configure, test, validate and migrate reports for clients
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practice
