Workday Reporting Analyst

About the role

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Workday reports and dashboards, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending reports to support business and HR requirements. Maintain and enhance existing Workday reports by troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and implementing updates based on changing business needs.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Workday reports and dashboards, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite
• Maintain and enhance existing Workday reports by troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and implementing updates based on changing business needs
• Partner with HR, People Analytics, COEs, and business stakeholders throughout the report development lifecycle
• Serve as the primary resource for Workday reporting requests, translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions
• Create and maintain a centralized repository of frequently used Workday reports, including report documentation, definitions, ownership, usage guidance

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
