Russell Investments, a leading Financial Services firm, is seeking a skilled Workday Specialist to enhance our Global HR Operations team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders supporting the technology and infrastructure that drive our HR business processes.

What you'll do

• Lead Workday HCM Configuration: Serve as the technical expert for advanced Workday configuration, focusing on performance management, time and absence management
• Reporting, Dashboards, and Data Analytics: Design and deliver advanced Workday reports and dashboards, leveraging calculated fields, matrix and composite reports
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support management and executive decision-making, with a strong emphasis on talent and workforce analytics
• Manage Organizational Changes: Oversee complex organizational changes within Workday, providing advanced functional support for issues and ensuring smooth transitions
