Workday Specialist - Technical

About the role

You will work closely with technical leads to deliver integrations and technical solutions to agreed specifications, while ensuring reliability, testing quality, and effective documentation.

What you'll do

• Build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Core Connectors, EIBs, Studio, Orchestrate, PECI/WECI , where relevant
• Monitor integration runs, troubleshoot failures, manage certificate replacements, and maintain integration health
• Support the development and maintenance of Workday Extend applications under the guidance of technical leads
• Perform integration, regression, and end-to-end testing and document results
• Support HR automation and AI initiatives through technical build and configuration activities
