Workplace Culture & Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Culture Champion is responsible for enhancing colleague experience, strengthening workplace connections, and fostering an engaging and inclusive culture across Bentley's Pune offices. This role will serve as a key driver of colleague engagement initiatives, cultural programming, and community-building activities while supporting the successful launch and ongoing activation of Bentley's new Pune West office.

What you'll do

• Partner with leadership, People & Culture, and site operations teams to support cultural onboarding, site activation initiatives, and office launch activities
• Establish and maintain site traditions, colleague networks, social clubs, and community-building programs
• Coordinate and promote sustainability initiatives, awareness campaigns, and environmentally focused workplace programs
• Drive participation and adoption of the Achievers recognition platform to support colleague recognition and appreciation
• Design, coordinate, and host engaging in-person and hybrid events that strengthen collaboration, culture, and workplace participation
