Workplace Manager

About the role

This individual will work closely with the Senior Manager, Employee Success and the Global Employee Experience team to implement best practices in office management and foster an engaging workplace culture. This is an onsite role with 5 days work from office.

What you'll do

• Responsible Area: G2 India office operations -40%
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including supplies, and visitor management
• Oversee and coordinate with the Indique to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
• Monitor and ensure maintenance of the G2office infrastructure as per agreements and the legal requirements
• Provide efficient administrative support to leadership and employees by handling all administrative requests within 24 hours
