What you'll do

• Develop and optimize semiconductor test solutions, debug silicon and test hardware on ATE platforms, create test programs using C/C++ and Python/Perl
• Develop and document test plans for new connectivity devices
• Design, develop, and debug ATE test hardware and test programs
• Perform silicon debug and validation on Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Implement, modify, and release test programs into production
