About the role

A Zonal Business Head – Group Loans position within a financial services organisation, responsible for overseeing and expanding group lending operations across an assigned geographical zone. The role focuses on business growth, portfolio performance, operational efficiency, collections and regulatory compliance, while providing leadership to regional and area-level teams to achieve business objective

What you'll do

• Drive business growth through acquisition of new customers and expansion of the group loans portfolio
• Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with organizational objectives
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for loan disbursement, portfolio outstanding, customer acquisition, and branch productivity
• Identify untapped markets and recommend expansion opportunities
• Ensure portfolio quality is maintained within defined risk parameters by monitoring PAR, delinquency, overdue accounts, and collection efficiency
