What you'll do
- Final sanction of loans across all loan products within the respective zone/state
- Routine analysis and study of credit/operations-related trends in the zone to drive sound credit decisions
- Active involvement in the recruitment process for the field branch credit managers team
- Branch monitoring visits to identify process gaps and report findings to relevant authorities
- Monitoring and supervision of the Credit team in the respective zone
