What you'll do

• Approve and sanction loan proposals across all loan products within the assigned Zone/State, ensuring strict adherence to the organization's Credit Policy
• Monitor and analyze portfolio quality, credit trends, delinquency, and operational performance within the assigned geography
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the Branch Credit Managers and Credit team to ensure productivity, quality of appraisal, and compliance with organizational standards
• Participate in the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and capability development of Branch Credit Managers and other Credit function employees
• Conduct periodic branch visits, credit audits, and field reviews to assess credit underwriting quality, process adherence, fraud risks, and operational effectiveness
