What you'll do

• Provide final approval and sanction of loan proposals across all loan products within the assigned zone/state
• Conduct regular analysis of credit, portfolio, and operational trends within the zone to facilitate informed credit decisions and strengthen portfolio quality
• Actively participate in the recruitment and selection of Branch Credit Managers and other field credit team members to build a competent and high-performing workforce
• Undertake periodic branch monitoring visits to assess credit processes, identify operational or compliance gaps
• Lead, monitor, and supervise the Credit team across the assigned zone, ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, and compliance with organizational standards
