About the role

The Zonal Sales Head - West will be responsible for driving the overall growth, profitability, and market leadership of Tata Power Renewables' Rooftop Solar and Distributed Energy Solutions business across the West region.

What you'll do

• Achieve Revenue, EBITDA, and profitability targets across Rooftop Solar and BESS businesses
• Deliver regional sales growth across Enterprise Accounts, Channel Business, and Distributed Energy Solutions
• Build a qualified pipeline and improve conversion of Rooftop Solar + BESS opportunities
• Increase contribution of integrated energy solutions to the regional sales portfolio
• Expand and strengthen the regional channel ecosystem capable of delivering Rooftop Solar, BESS, and hybrid energy solutions
