What you'll do

• Business Growth & Performance Management
• Drive business growth across the assigned zone through branches, dealers, distributors, and channel partners
• Develop and execute zonal business strategies to achieve sourcing, disbursement, profitability, and market penetration targets
• Monitor business performance across all areas and ensure timely interventions to address productivity gaps
• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives
