What you'll do

• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management
• Identifying and Nurturing talent , build a cross functional competency in the team and groom future leaders
• Training, and performance evaluations, to maximize team productivity and results
• Lead Efforts to acquire new clients in the region , identifying prospects, and converting them into valuable business relationships
• Identify cross sell opportunity and increase wallet share with the client ,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients at CXO and Promoter level
