About the role

Proven experience in regional or zonal sales leadership roles within the electrical, industrial, automation, or allied sectors. Prior experience leading large cross-functional teams and delivering business growth targets. Willingness to be based in Mumbai (Dombivli) and travel across Maharashtra and Goa.

Lead a high-performing regional team of 15-20 sales professionals
Drive growth with leading OEMs and panel builders across key markets
Lead and manage the Maharashtra & Goa region, driving sales growth and market expansion
Develop and strengthen relationships with OEMs and panel builders, ensuring strong customer engagement
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
