Achieve zonal revenue, portfolio, and profitability targets. Grow LAS assets under management through customer acquisition and relationship expansion. Maintain high renewal and portfolio retention rates Deliver superior customer service standards and turnaround times. Ensure strong asset quality with controlled delinquency and risk metrics.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute zonal LAS business plans aligned with organizational objectives
• Drive acquisition of HNI, UHNI, and affluent customer segments
• Identify new market opportunities and business partnerships
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve market share
