About the role
As an HR Voice Assessment Intern/Executive at ABEX Excellence Private Limited , you will play a key role in the initial screening process of potential candidates. You will be provided with structured question snippets and will handle screening calls to assess candidate fit and shortlist them for the next stage.
What you'll do
- Conduct telephonic screening calls with candidates using pre-defined question sets
- Assess candidates based on communication skills, experience, and suitability for the role
- Shortlist or reject candidates as per the provided criteria and communicate updates to the HR team
- Manage daily call targets and maintain call quality
- Basic MS-Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
