What you'll do

• 1.Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• 2.Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with the setup of new employees
• 3.Assist with employee relations activities, including addressing employee questions and concerns, and documenting employee issues
• 4.Assist with performance management activities, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee recognition programs
• 5.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
