About the role
Operations Centre of Excellence (COE) Leadership Design and deploy standardized execution frameworks covering the full project lifecycle—from feasibility and design to construction, handover, and stabilization. Establish enterprise-wide operating standards, SOPs, stage-gate reviews, decision rights, governance cadence, and escalation mechanisms .
What you'll do
- Design and deploy standardized execution frameworks covering the full project lifecycle—from feasibility and design to construction, handover, and stabilization
- Establish enterprise-wide operating standards, SOPs, stage-gate reviews, decision rights, governance cadence, and escalation mechanisms
- Act as the custodian of execution discipline across all asset classes and geographies
- Set up and govern a Portfolio PMO / Enterprise Control Tower
- Drive portfolio visibility through dashboards, MIS, early-warning systems, and risk heatmaps
