About the role
The CA Commercial Zonal Head is responsible for managing Mine Development Operator (MDO) contracts, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and timelines. They act as a liaison between the mine owner and the MDO, coordinating with various teams to facilitate project execution, secure necessary permissions, and resolve any ambiguities or disputes.
What you'll do
- Monitor compliance with time-bound obligations of CBDPAorCMDPA and MDO Contracts and manage contract documentation and updates
- Facilitate adherence to contractual clausesorobligations as per CBDPAorCMDPA and MDO contracts
- Ensure accurate calculation of mining fees, other financial obligations, and overseeing payment collection and reconciliation
- Assist CA Head in identifying potential opportunities for revenue maximisation
- Ensure contractual analysis, preparation and submission of periodic reports and contractual correspondences including timely notificationorreplies to client
